Here's the short version. Beyond standard Internet Etiquette (i.e. don't be a troll, keep the caps lock off), please refrain from saying:
1. "I wish I could do that." Do you really? Then learn!
2. "Where do you find the time?" Bob translates this to me as "Your priorities are screwy, Bad Person."
3. "When do you open your shop"/"How much would you charge to make me one?" At this point in my life, I don't do that kind of thing.
